I use RoC Protient …
I use RoC Protient Fortify eyelid serum.
and nivea aqua sensation for mosture. But I am thinking about saveing some money up and trying La Mer eye cream. Cause after looking up on eye creams on the net so many people swear by it. but it’s sooo expensive.. then again I would gladly spend it on a game so why not my skin? lol

It’s ignorant not to believe in facial massage, because massaging your face the right will activate your circulation, oxidise your skin and tone facial muscle as a result, and there’s scientific research behind the techniques used by professionals, so as long as it’s done properly, one can only benefit from it =)

Thanks on all the great tips!
but I have to ask you? what should I do!+ I have noticed that I have fine lines under my eyes, I do know how to get rid of them. I most likely got them from lack of sleep, but I think it’s way past the point where sleeping more would help. also I use anti ageing eyecream and eye searum every night and morning.

Collagen is too big …
Collagen is too big of a molecule to seap into the skin.Its a good moisturizer at best.
what you should be looking for is ingredients that help produce collagen in skin care products and foods

You should take …

i really believe …
i really believe that face massaging will help the skin look young …i once saw a documentry on a Taiwanese old lady but she had skin better than me haha…she massages her face and hands everyday can remember the repetitions tho but i think massaging do help in sense of the movement of the blood circulation …

you forgot one more important ingredient for anti-aging as well.. which you constantly used as well. since you have mentioned about hydration but what keeps our skin hydrated is the hyaluronic acid in our body. as we aged, hyaluronic acid will decrease as well. HA is to keep out skin hydrated. many products out there that are having collagen, dermatologist stated that collagen is too big of a molecule to be absorbed into our skin through pores; hence taking collagen supplement will be better.

My mother does this …
My mother does this kind of routine too and has been doing it since she was in her early 20s. She massages her skin regularly and takes great care of the skin around her neck (and behind her neck too). She’s 51, but her skin isn’t saggy at all. In fact, she looks like she’s in her thirties.

You should try …
You should try products with retinol and AHA. They are the only things proven to reduce wrinkles clinically. I’m in medical school and specializing in dermatology. But you probably don’t need to use it until you get actual wrinkles since you have really nice skin!
