It’s not a percentage off at Cosmo Prof but everything in there is super super discounted. You have to have a card to even get in there to buy anything. They have GREAT deals too! At Sally’s I know you can get a discount card but I think it’s the same one that everyone can get, I’m not sure though!

The alcohol is used as disinfectant for eyeliners, lipliners, lipsticks and stuff like that. And I didn’t get the it’s a 10 at sally’s, I got it at the Cosmo Prof. Try googling it though, I know you can find it that way!
