The Borgia Clan, a play by theatre company NUNC based upon the cruel and intense Borgia family. In 1492 Rodrigo Borgia became Pope Alexander VI. It was the start of a intense, passionate and deadly reign.
They did what no one dared to, they lived every day as if it were the last. In a monstrous series of parties, murders, sex and profound loneliness they spend there days in the Vatican, the place that should be the holiest on earth.

As as a Pope a new classic tragedy has been written. NUNC director Van Tourhout dipped his pen in enlarged blood and wrote practically a Shakespearian tragedy. With a strong ensemble and an accurate direction in which every scene seems like a painting. The Borgia Clan is a poetical synthesis of word, image and sound.
